About This Place

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Oklahoma City, The Jones Assembly is much more than your quintessential American restaurant — it’s a captivating blend of exceptional cuisine, craft cocktails, and live music, all set within a stunning and energetic space. Whether you're seeking a memorable night out with friends, an intimate dinner, or the perfect venue for a lively gathering, this place effortlessly combines an elevated dining experience with a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere.

At its core, The Jones Assembly celebrates bold flavors and inventive takes on classic American dishes. The menu is a dynamic journey through comfort food elevated by thoughtful, fresh ingredients and expert preparation. Standouts like the Nashville Hot Chicken offer an intense yet perfectly balanced kick, marrying spicy fried chicken with a drizzle of hot honey and creamy buttermilk coleslaw — a dish that perfectly embodies the smoky, sweet, and savory flavor symphony the kitchen excels at. Meanwhile, the Steak Frites shine as a testament to quality and finesse, featuring a Snake River Farms Prime NY strip cooked to medium perfection with a rich green peppercorn sauce that lingers long after the first bite.

The menu’s diversity is as refreshing as it is delicious. From the fresh, vibrant crunch of the BB Salad — a thoughtful combination of grilled chicken, lardon, avocado, and spiced hazelnuts — to the wood-fired artistry of the Hot Rod Pizza and Flat Tire Pizza, each plate promises a harmony of textures and flavors that excite the palate. The Guinness Stew stands out as a hearty coaxing of slow-braised oxtail and garden-fresh vegetables bathed in a robust Guinness broth, evoking a sense of warmth and comfort. And for those drawn to oceanic treasures, the grilled periperi trout served with brown butter pan sauce is an exquisite choice that balances richness with zesty brightness.

Diners often rave about the delightful Scratch Biscuits, perfectly flaky and buttery, as well as indulgent desserts like the Banoffee Chocolate Cake, which layers devil’s food cake, banana pudding, almond praline, and espresso ice cream into a decadent finale. These finishing touches reflect The Jones Assembly’s commitment to crafting memorable, heartfelt dishes that invite you to slow down and savor every bite.

The ambiance is equally impressive. The expansive, sunlit patio beckons during warmer months for a relaxed yet sophisticated dining experience under the open sky, while inside, the design perfectly balances rustic charm with modern elegance. It’s a space that invites meaningful conversations and joyous celebrations alike. Real guests frequently praise the attentive, knowledgeable staff — from servers like Duchess and Haley, who are celebrated for their warmth and expert guidance through the menu, to bartenders who create exceptional craft cocktails that linger in your memory, like the acclaimed espresso martini and holiday-themed drink selections.

What truly elevates The Jones Assembly is this seamless fusion of food, atmosphere, and live entertainment. It doubles as a premier live music venue, making it an ideal spot to pair dinner and drinks with an unforgettable show — a rarity in Oklahoma City that perfectly marries culture and cuisine.

In short, The Jones Assembly isn’t just a dinner destination; it’s a vibrant, multi-faceted experience that embodies the spirit of modern American dining with heart, soul, and a genuine dedication to quality. Whether you’re craving standout dishes like the Nashville Hot Chicken or seeking a spot to unwind with expertly crafted cocktails and live tunes, this is one of OKC’s most treasured and versatile venues.

one of my favorite places in okc!! been here a handful of times but the most recent time I had Duchess as my server and she was outstanding. My friend and I tried the steak frites and it was sooo delicious. We also had a great round of dirty martinis that i’m still thinking about! Also their espresso martini was divine. highly recommend this spot for food and a good catch up with loved ones!!

Haley was our server for our first time experience at Jones Assembly. She was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. 10/10 service This restaurant is gorgeous and the patio is great for a nice weather night. The menu highlights were definitely the dip appetizer and the steak frites. We had two yummy mocktails (nojito and strawberry lemonade)

Update: their summer menu…the butter chicken pizza had an odd taste for us and the tostada wasn’t too bad but nothing like their other menu items ! We’ve always loved it here. Great service, drinks and food. Love how they change their menus up. It’s a beautiful space. Hopefully we can do a party there one day!

Their holiday drink menu is DELICIOUS!! Scratch biscuits are a must to start. Great staff all around, from the hostess, wait staff and bartenders. Plenty of seating to enjoy an intimate meal or gather the whole crew. A go to spot that never disappoints! Bonus: A great spot to catch a concert as well.

We had a party of six at The Jones Assembly on a Sunday night. The experience was superb from door to door. Duchess was our server, guiding us through every menu and accommodating multiple food allergies. We had an incredible three-hour conversation over the amazing Bites & Spreads, Budda Bowls, Pork Chops, and incredible pistachio ice cream. We even forgot to print a couple of pages for a gift and the manager helped us print those pages to include in a card. The space is big, fascinating, and yet we could all hear each other talk. Thank you Jones Assembly for an incredible evening!

Drinks OnlyFans ($12) hayman's vibrant citrus gin, citadelle gin, lime juice, passionfruit, pineapple, vanilla, guava, basil. They have managed to balance the drink beautifully where notes of guava and passionfruit give way to complimentary notes of gin and end notes of vanilla and basil. Simply stunning. Haterade ($11) tito's vodka, italicus bergamot, melon, lemon, electrolytes. It tastes like adult Gatorade and teases: get those electrolytes and hydrate—while dehydrating in craft cocktail bliss Tostada ($18) An absolutely gorgeous salad on a crispy purple corn tortilla. The classic combination of avocado and tuna tantalizes the taste buds with notes of peanut adding contrast and slight delicate acidity coming from the aguachile complimenting the tuna. The inclusion of edamame adds an intermediator flavor and texture firmness that beautifully balances the dish. Crunchy, soft, slightly firm and absolutely delicious. Chilled Corn Bisque ($12) Delicate with notes of corn fused with chicken. Slight acidity comes from the tortilla. While the flavors are on the two-dimensional side after a few bites, the bisque is silky smooth with a beautiful juxtaposition coming from the fried jalapeño strips and soft firmness from lumps of chicken. Pacific Bass ($38) Beautifully cooked with an exquisitely crispy seared exterior. The delicate bass flavor gives way to notes of buttery beurre blanc—rich, slightly tangy with subtle hints of white wine and shallot—and end notes of dill. The brown butter radish adds a wonderful dimension of texture and flavor in lieu of traditional potatoes, and the snap peas add some sweetness to the dish. Butter Chicken Pizza ($18) The crust is on the softer side. The flavor is there with a beautiful balance of rich, creamy tomato-forward butter chicken sauce infused with garam masala, ginger, and subtle heat. Short, sweet, and satisfying. Honey Toast ($14) An absolute knockout take on French toast. The milk bread’s perfectly fried exterior gives way to a beautifully soft, slightly sweet interior. Notes of honey and bright yuzu dance on the palate, with lingering end notes of orange and cardamom rounding out each bite. One of The Jones Assembly’s most compelling traits is its magnetic pull. In a city full of options, it keeps drawing you back—again and again. That gravitational force, the one you feel in your gut when you're circling OKC’s dining map, is the mark of a restaurant that’s more than good. It’s resonant. That’s the difference between a place that impresses and one that endures. Jones does both.

GREAT BBQ! From a Texan to a Kansan. With the sinburn on the back of my neck waiting to get in & hoping they didn't sell out before I got to order. As a low sodium diet restricted person, I really appreciated the lower use of salt in the smoke rub. It really lets the flavor of the bark shine through. If you are in Wichita, this is a MUST EAT spot!!

Bottom line up front: it's a must go to in OKC for brunch. The atmosphere was airy was and light. They had The Sandlot movie playing. There was just enough bustle to feel like everyone was part of a brunch experience and just enough privacy to feel like we were just with our group. The food was all delicious and easily worth the prices, which are reasonable. My wife had the breakfast sandwich. She loved that it came out in a cute hamburger box with stickers. I had the cowboy breakfast. It was all really well cooked. The steak was a little on the small side but fitting for a light breakfast. The mushrooms stole the show. My son had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was not really spicy so be scared off. It had hot honey on it. The amount of fries would make an Irishman blush though so maybe plan on sharing with the table. Overall a fun experience for a group of friends or a couple.
